How did you get where you are today?

 A good sense of humour, hard work and the ability to choose emerging business areas that require my talents. 

What are you working on right now?

A large number of projects with customers defining the roadmap of investments and priorities that will allow them to realise the business benefits (hard and soft) of Unified Communications.

Who or what has been the greatest influence on your career to date?

Paul Cheslaw - a very gifted businessman who taught me 1) To trust in my own judgement 2) The importance of listening and understanding customer requirements 3) Solution selling.

Who in business do you most admire and why?

A very difficult question, I admire a number of business leaders but no single individual stands out.

What aspect of your job do you find the most satisfying?

Working with Customers.

What has been your most valuable lesson learnt?

An ethical approach that engenders trust is the only way to work with your customers and clients.

Which are your favourite websites and blogs?

BBC and FT and numerous Blogs.

How do you spend your downtime? Where? With who?

At home in Brighton with my family.

What lifetime ambition have you yet to achieve?

Driving an Formula 1 car.
